The site for you who are looking for:

Refurbished - More than just refurbishment:

REFURBISHMENT: The first Commodore 64 was sold back in 1982. That's 40 years ago... It's quite amazing that these machines, and it's peripherals, still works after all these years. Nevertheless, they now need some love, care and tenderness to keep on going - or in a more technical term: repair, cleanup and replacing old components.

DOCUMENTATION: It is good to know what, and how, the refurbishment of a Commodore is done. Why? First, you then know the history (and quality) of the work done. Second, if you would need further repair (hope not!) you know which parts have, or have not, been replaced.

CHARITY: When you purchase a refurbished Commodore machine, or peripheral, from me you also support The Norwegian Childhood Cancer Society. 10 % of the sales amount goes to this organization.

Why The Norwegian Childhood Cancer Society (Barnekreftforeningen) and not another charity?

First, I am not connected to this organization in any way. I support them because I know that being young and growing up is hard for everyone. Imagine adding cancer on top of this already challenging time...

To me, and I think I speak for many of us, grow up in the 80s and 90s. And in this period I was introduced to the Commodore machines which in many ways were a safe haven. I got new friends from all over the world sharing the interest of these new machines - resulting in being part of a new worldwide culture with the Commodore as the common denominator.

So, I think it is time we who grew up with the Commodore give something back to children who are faced with a bigger challenge than the most of us...
